- ★ ★ ★ ★ ☆Bad customer service, when things dont go to plan,and a stain was left on the hearth from the plaster, I called to tell them,I was told to try and wash it with bleach and water, which I did but later thought why pay all this money for a new fire to have to finish off myself,it didnt work so they told me they would pass the message on, after 1 week and three phone calls later, they finally sent some one to wash it off with bleach and water. Then the next day the stain appeared again, so again he had to come and wash it off with bleach and water. The most annoying thing was I looked forward to having a log burning fire but the experience was spoilt by this. They were very keen to collect balance of purchase even before I was happy with it,I ask for money off for the trouble of it all, to be told weve corrected it so noBy Admin, May 24, 2017
